Apply ice or a cold pack to your varicose veins to minimize the swelling around the vein and  it is better to  keep your legs elevated for an hour every day. Doing a few leg and ankle exercise will keep your varicose veins under control.
Avoid drinking cold milk if you are suffering from cold and flu.
Avoid gulping down your food, you will  only add on to unnecessary calories, leading  to weight gain. Chewing slowly would make you feel full and would not make you gain weight.
Cold milk relieves acidity and  aids in digestion.
 Drinking jeera decoction tea helps in minor stomach problems.
Drumstick leaves reduce the blood glucose levels in the body and help in controlling diabetes. You include once a week, but be sure to use only the leaves.
