If you happen to add too-much salt to a dish you’re making, just cut a few pieces of apple and put them in the pot. The apple will absorb the salt without damaging the flavor of the dish.
Cook pasta 1 minute
less than the instructed time then add sauce and cook the rest of them .
For any healthy
side dish cook any sprout with salt. After draining,add sliced onions

Spinach gravy can

add to the gravy .

Grind 2 table
spoons of grated coconut, two teaspoon groundnut, a tomato, a piece of ginger
and a green chilli to fine paste and mix well with 2 cups of curd. Add salt and
chopped coriander leaves. Your instant dish is ready.
If any vegetable
curry is left over, add a cup of mashed potatoes and 2 table spoon of corn
flour , a teaspoon saunf and salt to it and mix well .Dust them with bread
crumbs. Shallow fry as cutlets.
Running short of
dosa batter ? Add a few required table spoons of corn flour and
water to get extra quantity .
Corn flour can be
substituted for rice flour while making wheat or rava dosai.
Instead of adding
fresh grated coconut grind grated coconut with a red chilli and cumin seed and
add to any vegetable curry to get a different taste.
Mix a table
spoon of cornflour in milk and add to any soup and stir well to get a rich and
creamy effect.
Sprouting improves
the digestibility. So try incorporating sprouts into your diet everyday.
To make peanut
chocolate butter mix cocoa powder or chocolate powder and sugar powder to
peanut butter.
Use freshly grated
coconut in curries and creamy puddings, or lightly toast it with spices and use
as a seasoning.
