Ingredients
• 1 Cup Boiled Urad dal • 45 gms butter • Butter • Coriander Leaves
Method
• Mash the dal to a paste. Add two cups of fresh water. Add butter and the entire contents of the Knorr Ready to cook Dal makhani. Close the cooker. After two whistles lower the flame and cook for 20 min.
• For Lachcha Paratha
• 1 cup whole wheat flour • 1/2 cup Clarified Butter • Salt to taste
