Coastal Paneer Curry


Ingredients
• 500 gms Paneer
• 150 gms Coconut Milk
• 100 gms onions
• 50 gms Green Chilly
• 15 gms Curry Leaves
• 10 gms Turmeric Powder
• 20 gms Salt
• 10 ml Oil
• 15 gms Sugar
• 15 gms Basil

Method

• Cut Cottage Cheese in cubes and marinate with basil and yogurt and shallow fry in a pan.
• Slice the onions and slit the green chilly
• Heat oil in a pan, temper with curry leaves and slit green chillies
• Add sliced onions and sauté for some time.
• Add turmeric powder, salt sugar, cooked cottage cheese and chopped basil.
• Finish with coconut Milk
