Add two cups of salt into five litre water, heat it to the heat bearing temperature ,soak the affected foot area for 20 minutes twice daily, to get relief from pain.

Aloe Vera gel is perfect for healing damaged skin. It is one of the oldest and most popular natural sunburn remedies.

Black tea  is a great sunburn remedy.

Blend nice and cold cucumbers with a bit of cornstarch for a thicker paste to apply for sun burn .

Chew a few cardamoms  to cure teeth -gum infections.

Chew a piece of ginger for relief from any tummy ache.

Chilled milk when applied will instantly cool and form a protective layer on sunburned skin. Use a piece of gauze ,soak it in chilled milk. Squeeze out the excess liquid and then press down gently over the burn.

Coconut oil is a one of the best sunburn remedies around, wonderful body care product in many ways, an excellent natural hair conditioner.

Cook some oats porridge in the usual way but add a little extra water for a smoother consistency. Wait for the oatmeal to cool and then lightly smear it over your skin.

 Crush ginger, mix it with a small piece of jaggery and keep on sucking it for digestion.

Drink green tea every day. It aids in the function of the liver.

Either chew jeera to get relief from acidity or a better way is to boil it in water and drink the water after it is cooled down.
Had a scalding coffee, bitten  into a steaming pizza, to alleviate this uncomfortable feeling, put a little sugar on the burnt area of your tongue.

If you are suffering from acidity, bite a clove once so that the juice is released and then keep it in the mouth.

 Jeera water is highly beneficial for your liver and stomach. 

Make a paste  of cornstarch by mixing it with chilled water. Apply the paste to the affected area and leave until the skin has cooled down. Does wonders on sunburns.

Peanuts  boost the memory, it is a brain food which  improves the brain functioning and boosts memory power.

Pour a pinch of sugar on the wound and get relieved of  local chronic pain.
To relax your painful muscles, soak your feet in a warm tub with 10 drops of peppermint oil. This process will relax your muscles, as well the peppermint oil would soothe your nerves.
