"Among all births, human birth is the most gifted. Getting a body without birth defects is itself a great gift. Keeping it pure in body and mind is everyone's duty.
Body is not permanent. It is a rented house. Our scriptures tells us the purpose of living in this rented house. Wasting this human birth is like throwing a sandal wood into fire....People waste the body by using it only for sensual pleasures and for gathering possessions. Body is to be used only for following Dharma and for devotion to God.
Mind should dwell on God. Tongue should praise God. Body should go round and do Namaskaram to God...
The soul dwelling in the body should deeply be attached to God. This alone will give peace and bliss without misery. The dependence of worldly possessions, wealth, relatives is to be only superficial. Sat-sangh is to be sought. It is most difficult to get connection with great people.
Know the worth of this body, do your duty but always have God in your mind, have good company, and realise the purpose of this birth. ...
