Ginger brings a peculiar expression on one's face but it has been considered as one of the best remedies for good health.

From the time immemorial, it's used liberally in the kitchen next to garlic and onion. Also used for migrane headache.

When making lemon juice add a little grated ginger in warm water and drink , this will  do good especially  when you  eat outside.

Ginger is excellent in many dishes and is perfect when combined with garlic.

To discover the health benefits of ginger for yourself, simply make a tea by steeping about 5 slices of ginger in hot water.

Grate and  store in fridge in an airtight container for preparing delicious recipes.

Grate and mix it with little salt and soak for some ten minutes in lemon juice and later dry it for after dinner use, to prevent nausea and to get rid of bad breath.

To keep it fresh either place them after washing in a plate or bowl with water in the fridge, and keep changing the water every 2 days, it will remain fresh or  put the in a pot with mud and it will remain fresh.

Or bury it in the sand where tulsi or any other plant is grown.
