BINDI FRY




​Take  20 Bindi, wash and pat dry. Cut them  into big  pieces , if small take the whole Bindi. Dry grind saunf one teaspoon  and bedige chilly  3 . Grind  1  tomato and mix all together with salt.  Fry sliced  2  onions,  sliced 2 tomatoes add salt,  once cooked keep aside.  Fry  Bindi add salt , once it's done add the cooked  onions,  tomatoes, grounded masala  and cook for 5 minutes.   If you want a little pungent,  you can  add common red chilly.​
