Common colds usually go away on their own, without medication, provided you have fluids like warm water, fruit juice, lots of rest, and soup.

Drink a glass of this every morning. Or take 1 teaspoon limejuice in a cup of water every morning. Alternatively  eat 10 fresh, fully grown curry leaves every morning for 3 to 4months .

Drink water half an hour before your meal and half an hour after your meal .

Eat a banana in the morning to have better concentration throughout the day.

 Eating a tomato before breakfast also helps.

For a herbal tea drinker, simply sprinkling  powdered cinnamon on the tea would give relief from cold and cough.

For stomach ache mix to make a paste. Applying a paste of a little asafoetida (hing) with water on and around thenavel can give  a relief for stomach ache.  Nothing works you have the age old method of using a hot water bottle and lying down on your stomach to get relief.

For those who have diarrhoea ,drinking at least 1-2 litres of extra water would prevent them from dehydration .

Frequent intake of lime juice is a good remedy for vomiting due to indigestion.

 Having soup of carrot and spinach cures the problem of bleeding gums.

It’s always better to drink as much as water or liquids like juices and coconut water to make up for their water loss when one is suffering from fever or vomiting.

Keep your body hydrated to prevent your feet from going dry.
Lemons boosts the immune system and it is best to include it in daily menu.

Patients having heart and other problems should take medical advice before consuming raw garlic.

Powdered cinnamon (dalchini) and sliced ginger (adrak) work by interrupting nausea signals sent from the stomach to the brain.

Swipe strawberry on your face for 2 minutes, then rinse off. It is the best skin tone in summer.

To boost one’s energy, have a glass or two of lemon water.
To curb obesity mix lime juice with honey and water.

To get rid of a runny nose, massage your earlobe for 10 seconds. Repeat on both sides.

To reduce the  mosquito or insect bites  from swelling, rubthe  sting area with the inner side of the garlic peel.

Water is an excellent elixir and it does no harm, the more one drinks the less have to worry about adding to calories. It helps in curbing hunger helps in weight loss.

Watermelon works as a good hormone regulator as it strengthens immunity and helps reduce the severity of asthma.
