Applying lemon juice to cracked heels will soften the skin . lemon has acidic properties. Soak your feet in a bucket of lukewarm water and lemon juice for about 10 to 15 minutes to hydrate your feet. Once you finish, clean your feet with a pumice stone and pat your feet dry.

Bananas are the best fruit as they technically herbs and do the wonders like mint or basil .They belong to the  "botanical family" .

Chew a clove with a crystal of salt; it relieves throat 

irritation and cough. 

Gargling with hot water along with 1 tsp honey helps 

relieve you from irritant coughs.

Chewing a burnt clove is good for those suffering from a 

congested throat and recurrent cough .

Cleaning your wounds with salt water soaked materials, 

will reduce inflammation as salt is a great disinfectant.

Onions are  powerful natural antibiotics, that protects the 

circulatory system.
Inhaling  limonene, the chemical that gives lemons their 

smell eases asthmatic symptoms.

It is always better to consult your GP before making any 

major diet changes with your intake of salt as  too much 

salt isn't good for us but not getting enough can trigger low
 blood pressure.

 The wonderful  pomegranate  juice is believed to improve 

blood flow to the heart and lower blood pressure.

Apples can wake you up better than a cup of coffee.

Watermelon reduces the chances of developing cervical,

 colon,lung, and prostate cancer, and certain other types 

of cancers.

Jaggery helps in treating bile disorders in jaundice as 

it strengthens the liver.

For liver disorders the papaya fruit is really good. It gives 

good relief to those who suffer from liver cirrhosis.

 Eating calcium-packed figs will slow the progress of 

osteoporosis.

Eating half a cup of this fruit regularly could delay age-

related deterioration in co-ordination and short-term 

memory.

Jaggery is rich in iron and thus is highly recommended for 

anaemic people, helps in increasing hemoglobin.

Kiwi fruit can improve your eyesight an antioxidant that 

protects your vision.

The juice of 1 lime in a glass of warm water along with 1 

teaspoon of honey is ideal for dry hacking coughs. You must

 sip this while it's warm.

To aid digestion, prepare an infusion of one teaspoon of 

cardamom with 1 cup of boiling water and drink with a meal.

To keep your body fit engage in mild physical activity.

 Drinking a lot of water, will always flush out the toxins 

from your system.

To raise the amount of good cholesterol in your body, mix 

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon in coffee or tea. For treating joint 

pain, try 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon mixed with 1 teaspoon of 

honey. 

You should never drink tea or coffee with meals.
