After you eat or drink anything (besides water), thoroughly 

rinse your mouth and gargle with water. Do this day and 

night  to avoid bad breath.

After you brush your teeth and scrape your tongue, rinse 

your mouth thoroughly and gargle with fresh, cool water.

Apples are rich in vitamins and helps reduce the risk of colon 


Gargle with warm water solution after brushing every night 

to relieve a tooth ache.

Ginger protects your stomach against ulcers by promoting 

mucus secretion thereby reducing the effect of the acid on 

the stomach. You can chew a piece of ginger for relief. 

Another remedy is to crush ginger, mix it with a small piece 

of jaggery and keeping sucking on it allowing the juice to 

slowly reach the stomach.

Cut ginger into pieces after washing and peeling them 

thoroughly .Immerse the pieces in lemon juice, add salt and 

dry. Take this after food everyday to get rid off acidity.

Gooseberries protect the liver. Add a few of them in your 

daily meal .

In case of food poisoning drink a few glasses of water well 

salted, and then try to vomit them out. 

Wash your face with a cool brew of green tea to cure acne.

Meditation is the best method for depression. Meditation 

creates a balance in the nervous system, which is vital to 

cure stress and depression.

Mix the spinach juice along with coconut water and consume

 it every day, this helps with the urinary problem because 

spinach has the quality of balancing the less or excess 


Papaya is really  a cure for liver disorders. It also offers good 

relief to those who suffer from liver cirrhosis.

Regular consumption of spinach juice automatically cleans 

the digestive system.

Relax painful muscles with peppermint oil .Soak  your feet in 

a tub of warm water with 10 drops of peppermint oil. The 

warm water will relax your muscles, while the peppermint oil 

will naturally soothe your nerves.

Soup of carrot and spinach cures the problem of bleeding 


Take 2 to 4 tbsp of 1-year old honey every day.

Take a cool shower everyday to make stay away from acne

energy drink.

Ice bags or cucumber slices are a workable solution for tired 

and red eyes .

 Tea bags are warm and pleasant for tired eyes. Put them in 

hot water, allow them to cool a bit and then place them on 

the eyelids like a compress.

Use less spices and eat more salads and fruits.
