Health is Wealth and disease is a curse. Everyone now wants to remain healthy and a healthy mind resides in a healthy body. We all have remedies at our doorstep and in the kitchen and in neigh bourhood. Here comes a series of tips pl feel free to share with others so that everyone is happy and healthy.
A home remedy to cure bleeding is to massage them lightly with coconut oil.
A large slice of papaya everyday helps in easy bowel movement and relieves constipation.
A quarter of fresh onion chewed with a piece of jaggery kept in middle helps to relieve the chest congestion and helps in removing the sputum easily.
Baby lotion protects against skin irritation. They are one of the best options you can have for soft and smooth skin. They form a protective layer on the skin guarding it against irritation and dryness.
Calcium has been found to be quite competent in lowering your stress level as well as in establishing your nerve fibres.
Chew mint gum, sip peppermint tea or take a whiff of peppermint oil to quell a craving.
Chop up an onion, put it in a bowl and inhale the onion fumes to keep sinus away.
Oranges help to treat the problems of stiff joints and arthritis.
Drink carrot juice at least once a day to protect your skin against sun damage.
