Add little bit of salt while boiling the Vegetables.

 Add some grated coconut and lemon juice in the oats porridge to get a different taste.

Corn flour is used as a thickening agent.

Cut your vegetables in larger chunks to prevent loss of these essential nutrients.

While cooking  green veggies like chopped cabbage, brinjal, peas, capsicum, beans just sprinkle handful of water cover and cook.

 It’s better to go for tomato bases as a substitute rather than creamy coconut products such as creams and milks.
