Tomato Dosa

Tomato Dosai:

Tomatoes – 2

Besan – 1 cup

Rice flour – 1 tbsp

Green Chilli – 1

Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp

Ginger – 1 inch piece

Garlic – 1

Salt – to taste

Oil – little to make dosai

Get Started:

Grind tomatoes, green chilli, ginger, garlic and cumin seeds.

Mix besan, rice flour, ground mixture, salt and little water to make a dosai batter consistency.

Heat the pan and spread the batter to a form of dosai.

Add little oil and let it get cooked on both sides and turns crispy. (Do not let it burn)

Tomato Dosai is ready!

 Recommended Side-dish : Onion Chutney,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
