Cabbage ,Carrot Raita.

Grate cabbage, carrot  and put in hot water for 5 minutes. Drain. Beat the curd, add hing, jeera powder, chat masala, a teaspoon sugar  and add salt to taste. Season it with mustard, curry leaves. Just before serving add the  drained cabbage carrot and serve. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves. Those who like to have slightly spicy can add chilly powder on top. 

Another combination is  carrot and cucumber, here they need to be finely chopped.

Can add grated coconut to enhance the taste.
