Tender Lady finger 35 to 40 pieces
onion medium 2 finely chopped
mustard seeds 1 tsp
jeera 1 tsp
saunf 2 tbsp
dania seed 1 tbsp
meithi / fenugreek 1 tsp
red chilly 3
roasted groundnut 2 tbsp
chilli powder 1 tsp
dania powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1 tsp
salt to taste

Heat oil in a pan pour 2 tbsp oil add 1 tsp mustard seeds, and after it crackles add jeera. Put the cut onions and fry till they become translucent.
Now put the stuffed lady fingers and saute after sprinkling salt and turmeric . Cook on medium heat by gradually tossing till done. Serve hot.
Wash and pat dry the lady finger and deep slit horizontally one side to fill the masala
Dry grind the ingredients saunf , dania seed ,meithi / fenugreek, red chilly , roasted groundnut , chilli powder ,dania powder coarsely and add salt , two tbsp of oil to make a fine paste.
Take each lady finger and fill the grounded paste liberally .
