1. Heat oil in a non sticky pan. 2. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves. 3. As they start crackling, add ginger-garlic paste, chopped green chillies and red dried chillies. 4. Saute all together for 2 minutes on low heat. 5. Add chopped onions and cook till onion turns into golden brown color. 6. Add chopped tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix well. 7. Cook on medium heat till the gravy become thick and oil begin to separate. 8. Add Paneer in the gravy and cook for 2 minutes. 9. Add coriander powder and garam masala powder. 10. Cook for a minute and garnish with fresh cilantro. 11. Serve hot with butter Roti or Naan.
