Rose a treasure for eternity?

Rose is considered as most beautiful and enchanting flower. There is that feeling, when we see a rose; we want to treasure it as a master piece forever. So many shapes and so many colours hidden inside and surely we would like to have an everlasting ROSE to treasure for all eternity. Isn’t it?

 One day in a Garden with Roses with full bloom, while my Roses(kids) were busy with slides and swings I was dwelt in this beautiful thought and came to the conclusion that our life is just like Rose. How a rose develops thorns to survive and flourish with one Goal and the end result as beautiful and strong as possible. How a protected stem brings a tiny bud and soon delicate, sweet smelling, gloriously and vividly coloured petals follow, creating one of the world’s most cherished sources of natural beauty for all to admire.

 While travelling on the highway of Life we find many road bumps but just after crossing, we become normal and desperate for some new perspective. Those bumps in life are like pricks of thorns, these pricks stun us temporarily, sometimes it breaks off in our skin, sometimes it may go straight in and deep cut into the flesh, that even blood comes out and unbearable pain leads you to burst into tears. Yes it has the ability to faint you on the ground too but soon we need to get up with courage to start a new journey and see the beauty of Rose is waiting to hug you. That is what we appreciate the rose’s miraculous journey to flourish.

Life too has its ups and downs like kids enjoy the rides and slides but if sudden down comes they scream too. Even the sweetest highs can be followed by extremely painful lows, often in quick succession. Every moment of our life can be emotional roller coaster. (I wrote this blog and I was in hurry for some work and could not save it, just imagine… in this very moment too I went through an emotional rollercoaster...sad..smiley..laugh..yes... But since I was writing such a fragrant thought I wrote again, recollecting my previous write-up but thoughts are not same, so I got some new words, and I was waiting for the last product…hope it is beautiful like ROSE).

I think our inability to manage our emotions effectively throughout the day is probably one of the primary things that are preventing us to living up with full potential. It is one thing, that is holding us back from achieving our goals and we feel stuck and then frustration, anger and so many negativity and junk thoughts start making their roots.That is holding you back from achieving your goals. Cultivating our happiness is difficult at times, but what we make of our experiences determines if we develop well(bloom) rather than merely remain alive(dull). Let us live life happily and make it in full bloom because God loves us and trials are part of His plan for our lives, which eventually cultivate healthy outlooks for positive growth. Let us become like kindling, ravishing and radiant ROSE. I wish you all a dynamic, radiant, admirable, enchanting, beaming life.
