Capsicum 1 big
Tomato 2 nos
Onion 2 nos medium
Carrot 2 nos
Mustard 1 tsp
Jeera 1 tsp
Garlic-ginger paste 1 tsp
Dania, Jeera ,Lal mirch powder 1 tp each
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste.
Oil to cook
Cut all vegetables into small pieces.
Keep a kadhai and heat oil, put mustard and after it splutters, first put onion, and then tomatoes.Add turmeric powder. After a few minutes, add the ginger garlic paste, saute till the ginger smell disappears.Then put all the other vegetables and leave them to get cooked .When they are almost done add the salt and the mirch powder and mix well. Once cooked take them out and serve hot.
You can add cauliflower, cabbage , and peas if you feel like .
I do not add all the vegetables, and I keep changing the combination quite often.
